Surgical Treatment for Enlarged Prostatic Utricle and Vagina Masculina in Patients with Hypospadias

ABSTRACT
Fourteen patients with hypospadias were treated surgically for either an enlarged prostatic utricle (6) or vagina masculina (8). Six vaginae masculinae removed by extravesical abdominal approach. One was the perineal Three utricles abdominoperineal The transtrigonal approach recently used three and one in four patients. Surgical results these 14 satisfactory. post-operative complication of transient mild bilateral vesicoureteric reflux seen after a removal utricle. Potency not affected any approaches who older than 12 years. found to be best good exposure lesion.
