ABSTRACT
Rejected, neglected, popular, and average-status children were selected on the basis of positive negative sociometric measures from a total sample 870 8- 11-year-old children. Teachers completed School Behavior Checklist parents Child for No age or sex differences found. On both scales, rejected found to exhibit more behavior problems than average Neglected did not status.
