ABSTRACT
Summary. The clinical and urodynamic effects of anterior colporrhaphy vaginal hysterectomy were studied in 73 patients, whom 29 had incontinence due to urethral sphincter incompetence. Pre‐ post‐operative assessment was made follow‐up continued for 2 years. Symptoms urge incontinence, stress prolapse significantly reduced following surgery. Urodynamic data showed no significant change. incidence detrusor instability voiding difficulties not increased.
