Wife Abuse and Battering in the Sociocultural Context of Arab Society*

Despite increasing public, professional, and scientific interest in the problem of wife abuse battering, little has been written about importance sociocultural sensitivity intervention with abused battered women Arab society. In this article, I describe central family values that society discuss their relevance to battering.
