The response to ECT or no at two levels of chlorpromazine was studied in a 2 × factorial experiment on 60 acutely schizophrenic patients hospitalized for period 6 weeks. enhanced the therapeutic 300 mg level but neither combinations offered any significant advantage over 500 chlorpromazine.
