Disseminated mycobacteriosis a castrated 5-year-old sable ferret with generalised peripheral lymph node enlargement and proliferative lesion of the conjunctiva nictitating membrane. The diagnosis based on characteristic cytology sequence analysis 16S rRNA gene amplified using polymerase chain reaction from fresh biopsy material. Therapy rifampicin, clofazimine clarithromycin probably cured infection. An entire 4-year-old female conjunctival swelling, serous ocular discharge swelling subcutaneous tissues nasal bridge as having M basis typical cytology, histopathology amplicons formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue.
