ABSTRACT
The aim of the present study was to systematically and comparatively analyze subgenotypes genotype D hepatitis B virus. In total, 304 complete genomes all were downloaded from public databases. sequences analyzed using nucleotide divergence calculations, phylogenetic analysis bioinformatics detect amino acids signature motifs for each subgenotype define their geographical distribution.Intragroup ranged 0.8 ± 0.5 (% standard deviation) D6 3.0 0.3 D8. Inter-subgenotype mostly 4-7.5%. Phylogenetic showed separation into six distinct clusters (subgenotypes D1, D2, D3/D6, D4, D5 D7/D8) with good bootstrap support. mean intergroup between D3 lowest fell below threshold 4%, which is required a subgenotype, suggesting that belong one subgenotype. "D8" D/E recombinant, D7. A number found in four open reading frames could differentiate subgenotypes, also distribution. There are not eight D, D1-D6, can be differentiated by clustering high support acids. Subgenotypes "D6" should reclassified as single it would more correct classify recombinant rather than
