ABSTRACT
Abstract Non–rare earth Mn 4+ ‐activated strontium aluminate phosphor is considered to be a promising material for plant cultivation field owing their advantage of inexpensively, environment friendly, nontoxic, and appropriate spectral range. In this paper, Sr 4− x Ba Al 13.99 O 25 :0.01Mn ,1.4H 3 BO synthesized by convenient high‐temperature solid‐state reaction. The photoluminescence spectra located at red region with peak 655 nm in the range 600 750 that can excited under excitation ultraviolet (~346 nm) or blue light (~450 nm). shape emission band attributed transition 2 E g ‐ 4 A 2g . Furthermore, intensity : 0.01Mn conducted detail variety 2+ doping concentration enhanced 140.9% than when value equal 0.1 mol. addition, X‐ray diffraction spectra, element mapping, composition modifying, optical properties, FT‐IR diffuse reflectance thermal stability, fluorescence lifetime are systematically investigated. According electro‐luminescent as‐packaged LED, indicating 3.9 will become great candidate LEDs due match well pigment spectrum.
