ABSTRACT
Abstract In ternary nitrides, the Ga 0.9 Fe 3.1 N sample has ultimately been prepared through solid‐gas preparation for gallium‐richest phase GaFe 3 N. The substitution of gallium atoms iron weakens saturation magnetization ferromagnetic γʹ‐Fe 4 and induces transmission from ferromagnetism to antiferromagnetism. A new magnetic behavior, defined as spin glassy state, observed in temperature‐dependent performance measurement process competition between antiferromagnetic Fe–Fe bonds will lead frustration system. And even positional disorders caused by substitution, all be responsible behavior
