ABSTRACT
Abstract Aims The aim of this study was to describe the feasibility a peer learning intervention targeting newly graduated nurses. Feasibility tested concerning consistency theoretical description with empirical findings in new context, compliance and acceptability, as well usability questionnaire measuring intended future outcome variables. Background Newly nurses who meet, socialize share experiences have described supporting each other's ability cope stress. Peer involves individuals similar situation from other through interaction. Design Quasi‐experimental design an group, followed over time using descriptive methods. based on Medical Research Council framework.
