ABSTRACT
Dynamic display of real-time wavefront activation pattern may facilitate the recognition reentrant circuits, particularly diastolic path ventricular tachycardia (VT).We aimed to evaluate feasibility LiveView Display for mapping critical isthmus scar-related VT.Patients with mappable VT were selected. The characteristics underlying substrates and circuits assessed using HD grid multielectrode catheter. isthmuses identified based on map, entrainment, ablation results. accuracy findings in detecting potential was assessed.We studied 18 VTs 10 patients (median age: 59.5 years, 100% male) including 6 4 ischemic nonischemic cardiomyopathy, respectively. median cycle length 426 ms (interquartile range: 386-466 ms). Among 590 regional displays, 92.0% sites by Display. identification 84%, positive negative predictive values 54.8% 97.8%, area abnormal electrograms negatively correlated (r = -.506, p .027). time interval identify a significantly shorter than that conventional maps (50.5 [29.8-120] vs. 219 [157.5-400.8] s, .015).This study demonstrated identifying modest accuracy.
