ABSTRACT
Abstract Tumour necrotic factor receptor‐2 (TNFR2) has been to be cardiac‐protective and is expressed in cardiac progenitor cells. Our goal define the mechanism for TNFR2‐mediated stem cell activation differentiation. By employing a protocol of vitro (CSC) differentiation from human inducible pluripotent (hiPSC), we show that expression TNFR2 precedes CSC markers followed by mature cardiomyocyte proteins. Activation specific agonist promotes whereas inhibition neutralizing antibody diminishes hiPSC‐based Interestingly, RNA‐binding protein Lin28 enhances early directly binding conserved Lin28‐motif within 3'UTR Tnfr2 mRNA. Furthermore, blunts TNFR2‐dependent study demonstrates critical role Lin28‐TNFR2 axis survival, providing novel strategy enhance cell‐based therapy ischaemic heart diseases.
