ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT Objective Immediate Tooth Replacement Therapy (ITRT) has become popular due to its ability reduce treatment time and provide immediate esthetic results. However, long‐term challenges, such as mid‐facial recession labial bone resorption, have been reported. Anatomic temporary cylinders (ATC), which allow for efficient fabrication of provisional transitional restorations in the zone, were designed mimic natural emergence profile guide mucosal tissue healing. This study examines effect ATCs on compared conventional non‐anatomic (CTCs) terms peri‐implant preservation stability patients undergoing ITRT using dual‐zone grafting technique. Materials Methods Parameters evaluated thickness (PIMTT), Pink Esthetic Score (PES), radiographic outcomes, including plate dimension (LPD). Results The use resulted a statistically significant increase PIMTT CTCs, suggesting better architecture. Additionally, ATC group exhibited positive change LPD, although this difference was not clinically significant. Conclusions findings indicate that may offer advantages maintaining stability, contributing functional outcomes implant‐supported restorations. Further studies are needed validate these preliminary Clinical Significance anatomic (ATC) tooth replacement therapy demonstrated improved thickness, enhanced maintenance can contribute healthier more while potentially reducing risk complications recession.
