ABSTRACT
Aim The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between workplace bullying and mental health, focusing on indirect effect post-traumatic stress responses moderation nurses' perception bullying. Background Post-traumatic symptoms frequently result from bullying, but how individual appraisals relate negative consequences is unclear. Method A cross-sectional online survey conducted with 319 Korean nurses; participants were divided into perceived non-perceived groups. Moderated mediation models tested using structural equation modelling Stata version 16. Results Regardless appraisals, higher levels associated poor health. indirectly impacted in both groups, growth did not. group showed a partial association Conclusion It necessary develop systems for early detection health problems create safe work environments not only nurses who perceive also those do Implications Nursing Management Staff education institutional support that consider PTSS are recommended all nurses.
