Food consumption was collected by 24 h dietary recalls three consecutive days CHDI-P scores were divided into tertiles. calculated according to measured before delivery classified adequate (AWG), insufficient (IWG) excessive gain(EWG) following Multinomial regression analyses stratified pre-pregnancy body mass index performed estimate association GWG. A total 1416 recruited early pregnancy, 971 997 respectively followed up middle late pregnancy. The mean score 56.44 ± 6.74, 57.07 7.44 57.38 7.94 points early, respectively. Women lowest group had an increased risk EWG (OR = 1.53, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.08-2.17) pregnancy 1.71, CI 1.21-2.41) than women highest group, while overweight/obese a greater 4.25, 1.30-13.90). No found IWG. Poor associated higher EWG.
