ABSTRACT
Osteoradionecrosis of the jaw (ORNJ) is one most common and serious complications after radiotherapy head neck malignancies due to high incidence nasopharyngeal cancer in Southern China. Clinicians lack understanding consensus on anti-infective treatment ORNJ lesions. This research aims provide evidence for rational use antibiotics by reviewing bacterial spectrums antimicrobial susceptibility test patients. We collected patient who was diagnosed with from November 2012 June 2019 our hospital. Exudate or bone unexposed wound surface sampling, agar plates culturing, testing were analyzed. Descriptive statistics used data presentation.A total 219 samples retrospective study. The cultured bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae (15.10%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (13.54%), Staphylococcus aureus (10.94%). Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) accounted 5.21% whole positive samples. Ticarcillin, Ofloxacin, Vancomycin, Tigecycline, Meropenem more susceptible than other treat uncontrollable infection. Our provided objective types local flora drug lesions gave a guiding reference empirical medication.
