ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The increasing numbers of older people (age 65+) make it important to understand how attract nurses work with this population. Methods A secondary analysis using qualitative descriptive methods was used student nurses’ perceptions about may influence their desire people. Results Student perceive a generational divide between them and people, regardless practice settings. They believe working is heavy work, not high acuity, although good learn skills as student, population they want until are close retirement themselves.
