ABSTRACT
Ventricular ectopic beats (VEBs) are usually considered a benign condition that can be managed with conservative measures. Heart rate variability (HRV), which is one of the most important methods for assessing autonomic activity, noninvasive, quantitative method analyzing effects on heart. We aimed to investigate risk arrhythmia in patients VEBs and without cardiovascular disease by using HRV parameters.Patients frequent (more than 30 times 1 hour, according Lown classification) were identified. Identified evaluated 24-hour ECG recording. Our study included 43 controls.General characteristics population similar. The LF (low frequency)/HF (high frequency) ratio was significantly higher group control (P < 0.001). paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) VEB = 0.003). number correlated LF/HF PAF (r 0.339, P 0.001 r 0.294, 0.006, respectively). Our showed sympathetic nervous system dominant young significant comorbidities. There they should monitored closely fibrillation.
