ABSTRACT
In the last few years, use of oral sirolimus has shown promising results in treatment some complex vascular anomalies, and recently, it been used patients with Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS). We present case an 11-year-old girl diagnosis SWS hemifacial overgrowth treated sirolimus. Throughout eight months follow-up, improvement port-wine birthmark, intraocular pressure, neurocognitive development was noted. The mTOR inhibitors may be useful SWS.
