ABSTRACT
Abstract To enhance the framework of mechanisms action used by Trichoderma gamsii T6085 for control Fusarium head blight (FHB), this work investigated its ability to modulate expression defence‐related genes wheat ( Triticum aestivum ‘Apogee’) in response endophytic colonization plant tissues. Changes relative pal1 , pr1 pgip2 and lox1 were assessed over time roots, spikes colonized alone both graminearum leaves from seedlings root‐inoculated with T6085. Results indicate induce local systemic defence responses plants presence one causal agents FHB. There was a general significant up‐regulation analysed, especially first days after application According these results, modulation could be included within arsenal when applied wheat, an additional feature interest management evaluate effect genotype on endophytically colonize root four cultivars T . two durum Data showed that roots only T6085, similar cv. Apogee here as control, thus demonstrating host
