ABSTRACT
Introduction Horticultural crops used as food with a similar weight and uniform shape are in high demand terms of marketing value. Objectives Therefore, an awareness methods for grading fruits vegetables based on is crucial. A part this research was aimed at presenting some physical properties caper. Methods In addition, study, the mass caper predicted using different characteristics four models that include linear, quadratic, S-curve power. Results According to results, all considered current study were found be statistically significant 1% probability level best worst prediction; volume second projected area determination coefficients 0.984 0.323, respectively. Conclusion Mass model first from economical standpoint recommended.
