ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Allogeneic stem cell transplantation is the treatment of choice for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. Unmanipulated haploidentical (Haplo‐HSCT) commonly used those AML patients who need a timely transplant and do not have suitable matched donor, but relapse rates are still high, improvements needed. Adoptive immunotherapy using natural killer cells (NK cells) could be promising tool to improved Haplo‐HSCT but, date, no optimal infusion manufacturing protocols been developed. Study Design Methods In this study, we describe quick reproducible protocol clinical‐grade production donor NK double immunomagnetic depletion enrichment overnight IL‐15 stimulation. Results Thus, obtained 8 viable functional products that safely infused five undergoing unmanipulated Haplo‐HSCT. Discussion Our results demonstrate safety feasibility manufactured IL15 from an adult allogeneic in setting
