Background: groin pain affects all types of athletes, especially soccer players.Many diseases with different etiologies may cause pain.Purpose: offer a mini review in accompanied by the presentation case report highlighting possible association more clinical frameworks into onset syndrome, order to recommend that evaluations take account associations between bone, muscle and tendon such as inguinal canal disease.Conclusion: multifactorial etiology syndrome needs be examined comprehensive approach, standardized evaluation based on an imaging protocol evaluate diseases.Study design: Mini review-Case (Level V).
