ABSTRACT
The aim of this article was to develop a theoretical framework aid the current understanding social change practice. Drawing on concepts from institutional theory, authors proposed and applied investigate at intersection gender sexuality inclusion in Australian cricket. Qualitative techniques (interviews document analyses) were utilized trajectory lesbian cricket over time. Starting perspective that arrangements can be exclusionary (or biased) toward certain groups society, research investigated how actions entrepreneurs create more inclusive arrangements. Theoretical practical implications for future are discussed.
