ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to test an integrative model regarding the impact information and communication technology (ICT) on achievement in physical education. Pupils’ perceptions autonomy-support from teacher, satisfaction basic psychological needs, self-determined motivation were considered mediate ICT pupils’ cognitive skills motor performance. Ninety-six pupils (44 boys 52 girls; M age = 12.40 years) assigned either or traditional teaching (TT) condition a quasi-experimental design. Results path analyses supported hypotheses that: (a) perception autonomy support teachers satisfies needs; (b) needs turn leads greater motivation, which (c) then contributes enhancement
