ABSTRACT
RIPK1 is crucial in the inflammatory response. The process of vascular graft remodeling also involved endothelial inflammation, which can influence behavior smooth muscle cells. However, role arterial bypass grafts remains unknown. Here, we established an isograft mouse model wild-type and conditional knockout mice. Progressive neointima formation occurred artery, showing SMC accumulation together with adhesion molecule cytokine expression. Endothelial exacerbated stenosis by increasing secretion N-Shh. Mechanistically, directly phosphorylated EEF1AKMT3 at Ser
