ABSTRACT
The functional state of T cells is a key determinant for effective antitumor immunity and immunotherapy. Cellular metabolism, including lipid controls cell differentiation, survival, effector functions. Here, we report that development senescence driven by both malignant tumor regulatory general feature in cancers. Senescent have active glucose metabolism but exhibit unbalanced metabolism. This results changes expression metabolic enzymes, which, turn, alters species accumulation droplets cells. Tumor
