ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT An in silico scan of the partially completed genome sequence Bordetella pertussis and analyses transcriptional fusions generated with a new integrational vector were used to identify potential virulence genes. The genes encoding putative siderophore receptor, adhesins, an autotransporter protein appeared be regulated manner similar by global regulator BvgAS. In contrast, gene intimin-like repressed under conditions virulence.
