ABSTRACT
Reductive soil disinfestation (RSD) is an effective method to inhibit soilborne pathogens. However, it remains unclear how RSD combined with different types of organic materials affects the ecosystems perennial plants. Pot experiments were conducted investigate effects incorporated perilla (PF), alfalfa (MS), ethanol, and acetic acid on properties, enzyme activities, microbial communities functions, seedling growth. Results showed that RSD-related treatments improved properties changed community composition structure, enhanced interactions facilitated Compared CK, increased pH, available nitrogen, potassium contents, sucrase catalase decreased electric conductivity values. Meanwhile, treatment also significantly reduced relative abundance Fusarium while increasing Arthrobacter, Terrabacter, Gemmatimonas. The reduction was more evident in PF MS treatment, suggesting potential for solid agricultural wastes suppress Furthermore, network complex interconnected, functions related carbon, sulfur, hydrogen cycling increased, bacterial fungal plant pathogens decreased. Importantly, promoted seed germination In summary, better than liquid easily degradable compounds by regulating function improve quality promote growth.IMPORTANCEReductive practice. We found compounds, may proliferation pathogenic bacteria, contribute growth replanted crops. Thus, compounds.
