<h3>Introduction</h3> Family physician plan is one of the basic programs Fourth Plan on Economic, Social and Cultural Development in health sector. This program more than 5 years old going, currently deployed all villages urban areas with populations &lt;20 000 people Iran. study was conducted aim measuring User9s Satisfaction from Urban to Rural Insurance Practice Program Markazi Province fall 2009. <h3>Materials Methods</h3> a descriptive—analytic cross sectional, done at 40 medical centers family doctor services province. Demographic characteristics individuals, personnel behaviour, spending time, guidance training, service costs, adequacy services, ability skills personnel, access facilities, facilities equipment based questionnaire interview patients or their relatives were registered. <h3>Results</h3> 391 interviewed during 3 months. The average age 38.24±17.02 years, 66.5% them women 81.3% them, married. 34.52% high very satisfied whole performance centers. High level satisfaction about physicians, midwives, laboratory pharmacy, respectively 33.1, 37.1, 36.8 38.3. <h3>Conclusion</h3> In total, has been successful Policymakers can achieve higher long term comments recipients promoting some processes.
