We present a case of cerebellar dysfunction due to severe hypothyroidism induced by pembrolizumab, member the 'immune checkpoint inhibitor' class cancer immunotherapies. Thyroxine replacement completely resolved his symptoms and signs. also discuss neurological immune-related complications inhibitors.
