Arthroscopic postmortem examination findings included an osteochondral flap, fissured irregular articular surface smooth overlying focally thickened cartilage that extended into bone. Thickened histological feature lesions. Among other features, most common chondronecrosis, chondrocyte clusters, phenotypically abnormal chondrocytes, horizontal fissures at junction retained blood vessels. signalment ponies, their pathological features consistent with osteochondrosis use multiple criteria considered be important making specific diagnosis.
