ABSTRACT
Studying the transport characteristics of carriers in quantum dot (QD) film provides theory support for structure design and performance improvement QD device. However, time flight experiment can only test global optoelectric current signal brought by carrier transport, cannot analyze layer. Here, hopping model photogenerated films was established to study expansion drift movement PDE module COMSOL. According material properties actual films, single-size studied.
