ABSTRACT
Much progress has been made in the pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). However, question on how to investigate pharmacokinetics TCM extract remains. In this study, we selected a new YL2000 developed our laboratory as research object and investigated both baicalin berberine pharmacodynamics febrile rats. The correlation analysis between time-concentration curves time-effect curve was conducted plasma by statistical methods. results showed that data anti-pyretic effect had negative (r = -0.8312, P < 0.1) with plasma, but no 0.01368, > 0.5) berberine. These suggested could be marker effect, used treat fevers according disposition vivo. also proposed one or more active elements extracts represent vivo, combined extract.
