A comparison of the close–to–threshold total cross section for η' production in pp → ppη' and pn pnη' reactions constitutes a tool to investigate meson structure reaction mechanism channels isospin I = 0 1 may provide insight into flavour-singlet (perhaps also gluonium) content meson. In this contribution we present preliminary results measurement quasi-free proton-neutron collisions conducted using COSY-11 facility.
