ABSTRACT
We firstly demonstrate the main ideas of quantum theory for mesoscopic electric circuits, which we proposed several years ago. In theory, importance charge discreteness in a circuit is addressed. As further development, discuss presence linear dissipation as well magnetic flux. propose Kirchoff equation LCR and oscillations different criterion factors. also solve energy spectra eigenvalues physical current under soluble symmetry hypothesis.
