ABSTRACT
We present a theoretical mechanism for electric field enhancement with SERS of InAs particles subwavelength apertures under THz excitation. The distribution confirms that there is strong in the at frequencies. Drude-like behavior range, which similar to metals optical frequencies, leads different when parameters these two change. factor can reach [Formula: see text] certain conditions.
