ABSTRACT
Ni[Formula: see text]Ti x MnSb polycrystalline alloys in the range [Formula: text] were synthesized employing standard solid-phase synthesis method. The crystal, magnetic, as well electrical properties of investigated using neutron powder diffraction and magneto-resistance measurements. results reveal that substitution Ti for Ni within temperature 2.5–300 K does not induce alterations crystal magnetic structures NiMnSb. ordered moment approaches zero. study transport alloys, where text], has demonstrated a half-metallic state at low temperatures metallic conductivity exceeding 160 K. A semiconductor manifests titanium concentrations = 0.2 was observed below 21 obtained experimental are elucidated through first-principles theoretical calculations.
