ABSTRACT
The deep transverse metacarpal ligament (DTML) extends in radio-ulnar direction between the palmar plates of metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints second through fifth finger rays. On radial aspect index and ulnar small fingers, merges with collateral MCP joints. has grooves for flexor tendons at act as a support arch. Closed DTML injury is an unusual case, but physical findings are decrease grip strength, deviation flexion pain on affected site hand. We have experienced case neglected left third interdigital space 23-year-old man.
