ABSTRACT
Electrical discharge machining is an alternative process for complex and intricate shapes. In this paper, inter-relationship of various electrical parameters, namely current, pulse on off time dielectric flow rate material removal (MRR), tool wear (TWR), surface finish ( SR a ) dimensional tolerance using Taguchi–Grey relational analysis. The response methodology used to develop second order model MRR, TWR in terms parameters. Finally, multi-objective optimization problem formulated by . then optimized through modified particle swarm (PSO) algorithm find the optimum level research, results proposed method are validated confirmation experiment. work piece experimentation stainless steel S304 grade.
