ABSTRACT
Electrical discharge machining is an alternative process for complex and intricate shapes. In this paper, inter-relationship of various electrical parameters, namely current, pulse on off time dielectric flow rate material removal (MRR), tool wear (TWR), surface finish ( SR a ) dimensional tolerance using Taguchi–Grey relational analysis. The response methodology used to develop second order model MRR, TWR in terms parameters.
