ABSTRACT
We performed pulse shape analysis to extract depth information for an interaction point of γ rays in a 25-fold segmented germanium detector. With 90° Compton spectrometer with collimators on both incidence and exit sides, we measured shapes the two points, ( x , y z ) = (2.5 cm, 2.5 0.5 cm) 1.0 cm). Experimental were compared calculated ones by three-dimensional Green's function method. Analytical solutions induced charges each cathode anode obtained hole electron as time. It is suggested that rise-time correlation between central signals, T 90 (anode) - 50 (cathode), can be used useful means determine given in-plane position ). shown correlations are qualitative agreement experimental uncollimated rays.
