Image tagging is crucial to the use of digital photos and value-added applications. We present Tag & Link, a interface featured direct annotations collect fine-grained descriptions image content that can be hard obtain otherwise. Link provides set drawing tools, allowing users directly specify regions interest (ROIs), relations between different ROIs on an image. Through crowdsourcing study, we show enhances productivity helps small objects behaviors embedded in images. demonstrate value annotation elicitation human knowledge content.
