ABSTRACT
We demonstrate a modular e-textile sports garment with the ability to house different types of sensors, using temperature sensing as an example. To connect circuit modules, flexible interposers are used create interfaces between materials which difficult join reliably, and design is so that a) system can be disassembled for repair or recycling, b) electronic textile parts fabricated separately integrated only at final assembly stage. This aims simplify manufacturing facilitate separation end life updating reuse. The focus this paper stress testing show prototype survive repeated bending stretching, record skin sufficient accuracy.
