Clinical decision intelligence (CDI) is an emerging area in health care, covering a broad range of subjects, from clinical data integration and analysis to knowledge management application development. The goal CDI systems improve health-care quality reduce costs through the discovery, management, heterogeneous rapidly expanding sources. These sources include practice, nursing, administration, medical research. In this paper, we discuss functional requirements reference architecture for their applications. This includes integrated framework managing entire process, standardized enterprise ontology system, representation platform. approach has potential transform process business intelligence, rule setting, help organizations move closer on demand model.
