ABSTRACT
Epidural venous plexus engorgement may occur due to several conditions that prevent the normal circulation. Inferior vena cava agenesis is a very rare cause of epidural enlargement. We present case with thin inferior and left iliac vein who presented back pain lacked other problems such as deep thrombosis.
