ABSTRACT
Random copolymers of poly(d,l-lactide-co-glycolide-co- ε -caprolactone) (PLGC) were synthesized by the ring-opening polymerization d,l-lactide (DLLA), glycolide (GA), and -caprolactone (CL). The effects CL on evaluated to prepare suitable with controlled properties. Our results showed that content significantly influenced thermal mechanical properties in compositions could be altered control random copolymers. vitro hydrolytic degradation resulting implants rate PLGC was lower than PLGA, which markedly reduce acidic products. Finally, we demonstrated higher contents slowed rates.
