ABSTRACT
Fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose ( 18 F-FDG) positron-emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT), a hybrid imaging technique that simultaneously provides functional and anatomical information, has been reported to be useful in lymphoma. The present study was evaluate the parameters of F-FDG PET/CT patients with testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). We retrospectively reviewed medical records 5095 who treated at West China Hospital between March 2003 January 2017, selected findings subsequently biopsy confirmed invasion testis DLBCL. Maximum standardized uptake values (SUV max ), peak metabolic tumor volume (MTV), total lesion glycolysis (TLG) were measured. evaluated characteristics this population. Six ranged age from 37 73 years (median age, 58 years) included analysis. mean SUV 11.09 varied 7.20 19.75; 9.56 6.79 14.39. In addition, MTV 42% 18.4 1.3 61.6; 2.5 34.7 significantly 1.6 141.9. With regard TLG, TLG 168.906 7.514 687.004, while 253.972 8.400 1127.802. conclusion, scan is tool SUV, MTV, may vary lot different patients. DLBCL relatively higher than normal testis. Also, we provided set data firstly showed their significant correlation overall survival, which indicated potential prognostic value TLG. However, studies larger population are needed confirm these findings.
