ABSTRACT
Inflammasomes are cytoplasmic intracellular multiprotein complexes that control the innate immune system’s activation of inflammation in response to derived chemicals. Recent advancements increased our molecular knowledge NLRP3 inflammasomes. Although several studies have been done investigate role inflammasomes immunity and other diseases, structural, functional, evolutionary investigations needed further understand clinical consequences gene. The purpose this study is structural functional impact protein by using a computational analysis uncover putative sites involved stabilization protein‐ligand with inhibitors. This will allow for deeper understanding mechanism underlying these interactions. It was found human gene coexpresses PYCARD, NLRC4, CASP1, MAVS, CTSB based on observed coexpression homologs species. NACHT, LRR, PYD domain‐containing 3 key player as sensor subunit inflammasome. inflammasome polymeric complex, consisting NLRP3, formed pathogens damage‐associated signals (and possibly CASP4 CASP5). Comprehensive analyses components offer fresh approach development new treatments wide variety disorders.
