Summary. The effectiveness of orthopedic treatment significantly depends on the properties basic plastics used in manufacture dentures.
 aim study – to effect acrylic "Ftoraks" and "Villacryl H Plus", polymerization which was carried out by different methods, main hematological parameters.
 Materials Methods. comparative characterization possible toxic effects dental base were polymerized parameters performed white outbred rats, implanted samples these materials periodontal tissue.
 Results Discussion. As a result study, it found that animals with above "water bath" methodic blood had decrease hemoglobin, leukocytosis, increased number band segment nuclear neutrophils, increase eosinophils basophils comparison control other groups animals. In apparatus for dry under pressure molding plastics, fluctuations content are within physiological norm do not differ from control.
 Сonclusions. Dental Plus" method foundry pressing cause less blood.
