To improve maternal health, barriers that limit access to quality health services must be identified and addressed at all levels of the system. The World Health Organisation (WHO) cites distance facility inadequate institutions as factors prevent women from receiving or seeking care during pregnancy childbirth. Specifically, we intended determine associated with late start Antenatal Care (ANC) among pregnant in Saint Elizabeth General Hospital Shisong (SEGHS), Cameroon.This was a cross sectional study carried out 24th October November 2016.
